We know that, with busy schedules, it can be difficult to stay on top of professional dental care, so make it a point to get your appointments on the books while you’re thinking about it.

Swap out your dental tools

You can also reassess your oral hygiene tools, in order to ensure that your toothbrush and oral rinses are meeting your needs. Many people are surprised to find out that they should be replacing their toothbrushes every three months, or so, and definitely after illness.
